Challenge: Worked with client to develop interior standards for their projects that offered tenants modern living with practical high level amenities, automation and quality materials.

Approach: We followed The Strategic Group’s goal that all project considerations supersede the company’s approach of being “Creative and Unconventional.” We were considerate of spatially efficient suite layouts, everyday tenant living and maintenance costs for Strategic.

Result: A new product offering in Calgary: fresh and hip, yet simple and functional. These suites deliver the perfect canvas for a tenant to showcase their personality and lifestyle, while enjoying the comforts and unique amenities these buildings have to offer.
